With over 12 years experience in the Real Estate Industry Dave has already left a large footprint. Closing over 500 transactions thus far in his career while also being a Trainer, Coach, and performing volunteer work. Some of his many accolades include; Chicago Association of Realtors "Rookie of the Year" award recipient 2010. Mainstreet Organization of Realtors Young Professionals Network Chair 2020. Mainstreet Organization of Realtors Chairman of the Year 2020. One of 12 Realtors® in IL chosen in 2020 to join the Illinois Realtors Leadership Academy.
Husband & Father
David and his beautiful wife Ryan have been together for 15 years (Married for 6 years). Living together in Logan Square for their college years and moving back to his hometown of Bolingbrook to raise his daughter Layla (3 years old). Family means everything to David and is the inspiration for all of his passion.
Musician
A singer, songwriter, & guitarist since he was 10 years old Dave has played in the bands Myllhouse, Voicebox, and Corpus Ain't Silly over the years as well as releasing solo content. Some venues Dave has played in Chicagoland area are The Riviera Theatre, The House of Blues, The Metro, The Bottom Lounge, & countless others. For the last decade he has found his niche in Breweries. Playing with his partner JD Kostyk as The Powdered Toast Men Acoustic Duo all around the Midwest. Some of the breweries he has played recently in IL include Skeleton Key, Miskatonic, Metal Monkey, Whiskey Hill, Black Horizon, Noon Whistle, 2 Fools Cider, & many more.
